"Working with Brad and Noelle Banks on two occasions has been the high point of our home buying/selling experiences throughout our lives. Their attention to detail and motivation to do whatever they can to provide the best experience for you is evident, hour-by-hour and day-by-day. They always look to your best interest and will build a relationship with you instead of being a transaction based exchange.Brad is a master of imagining the functionality of the house as it applies to your family and needs. He provides great energy to help keep you going and motivated throughout the buying/selling process.Noelle is the woman you want in your corner while negotiating contracts. She is extremely prompt and provides you with a high level of communication so you never feel left wondering. She listens intently to needs/wants and consults you on what will work best in the process and especially what is best for you, her client.We will certainly use them again, but we think they outdid themselves by finding us our forever home!"

"I was a first time homebuyer and Noelle and Brad made my first buyers experience smooth and easy. I love that they work in tandem so you get both of their strengths! Noelle was SO efficient and clear in explaining things and being available practically 24/7. Brads knowledge of architecture and design was awesome when we looked at properties. He pointed out features and factors that I wouldn’t have known to look for otherwise. The best part of working with the Banks’ is that I never doubted they had my best interest in mind. If something was overpriced, they said so. If something wasn’t worth the renovations, they said so.They did their due diligence in every aspect.Even after my closing date Noelle and Brad have been there for any questions I have had. They are not to type to ditch you after your closing! They work for you day and night from day 1. HIGHLY recommend"

"My wife and I have used Brad and Noelle to buy and later sell two homes over a period of nearly 10 years. The last sale was in June 2020. They are both consummate professionals. It would take too much space to list their positive attributes, from knowledge of the local Georgia markets to staging, to their instincts on how to best approach buying and selling properties. In the case of our two listings, both properties were under contract within the first week of being placed on the market. We couldn't have asked for better realtors."

"They are an excellent couple and love what they do! They go over and beyond for their clients. They want to be sure that their clients are satisfied by gaining an understanding of their desires for their future home. Both are flexible with their schedule. Noelle was wonderful about keeping us updated and reaching out to us promptly whenever we called, texted, or sent her an email. She also has many years of experience, therefore she is very knowledgeable and has great negotiation skills. Brad has a great eye for interior design and is also very knowledgeable and helpful. They work great as a team. My husband and I agreed that having 2 people to work with was a bonus in helping us find a home. I would recommend them to anyone! Working with Brad and Noelle was not just a business relationship; my husband and I have gained 2 new friends ??"

Noelle is extremely responsive, timely, and is often referred to as a bulldog from her industry partners and peers - and I couldn’t agree more! Her negotiating skills, industry knowledge, and passion for real estate are evident in her work. Brad is wonderful and always paid close attention to my requests and tastes; he showed me homes that I was interested in within hours of them hitting the market! "I had such a great experience buying and selling my home with Brad and NOELLE. They came in and helped me stage my home for selling. They also had beautiful brochures for the house printed, although they were not needed as the house was under contract the weekend it went on the market. When looking at homes to buy, Brad would point out both good and bad aspects of the house - things I never would have noticed. They ended up finding me the perfect house that had never even come up in my searches. Even after the purchase, NOELLE checked in to see how it was going. I told my friends I went with the luxury version of relators and that’s no joke!"
